In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
Next, add 1 pound of ground turkey to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Stir in 2 cups of broccoli florets and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
