Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook 200 grams of pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, wash and cut 200 grams of broccoli into small florets. Blanch the broccoli in the boiling pasta water for 3 minutes, then remove and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 3 minced cloves of garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
Add 250 grams of shrimp to the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Stir in the blanched broccoli and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well.
Once the pasta is ready, drain it and reserve some of the pasta water. Add the pasta to the skillet and toss everything together. If it seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water.
Serve hot with freshly grated 50 grams of parmesan cheese on top.
