Start cooking the elbow macaroni by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the macaroni and cook for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Once done, drain and set aside.
In a separate large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the cream cheese and stir until it’s creamy and smooth, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
Gradually add the milk while continuously stirring until fully incorporated. Let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes.
Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth, taking another 2-3 minutes.
Once the cheese sauce is ready, combine it with the cooked macaroni and mix well until fully coated.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the top.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
