In a medium pot, add 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
While the water is boiling, carefully add the 5 eggs into the pot.

Peel the eggs and set them aside.
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil until the sugar is dissolved.
