Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Boil the green beans in salted water for about 5 minutes until just tender. Drain them and set aside.
In a skillet, add the Italian sausage and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes until browned. Break it apart with a spatula while cooking.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
