Next, add the 200 grams of pasta to the pot. Cook according to the package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked to al dente, season the broth with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper, adjusting to taste.
Before serving, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley over the soup for a fresh garnish.
Ladle the Pasta e Brodo into bowls and enjoy while hot!
