Indulge in creamy goodness with this simple yet delightful dish!
Start by boiling a large pot of salted water over high heat. Once the water is boiling, add 250 grams of pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Mince 2 cloves of garlic and add them to the skillet. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.
Once the garlic is fragrant, lower the heat and stir in 200 milliliters of cream. Let it simmer gently for about 3-4 minutes until the cream thickens slightly.
When the pasta is finished cooking, reserve about 1 cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.
Add the drained pasta directly to the skillet with the cream sauce.
Toss the pasta in the sauce, adding grated 50 grams of parmesan cheese, and mix well until everything is combined. If the sauce is too thick, use some reserved pasta water to achieve your desired consistency.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. For an extra touch, you can add chopped parsley for garnish before serving.
