In the same skillet, add the chicken breast seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for about 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
While the chicken is cooking, wash and peel the carrots and apples. You can grate the carrots and slice the apples thinly for easy wrapping.
In a large tortilla, place a few leaves of lettuce at the bottom, followed by a layer of chicken strips, two pieces of bacon broken in half, some grated carrots, and sliced apples.
Finish with a dollop of sour cream and some shredded cheese if you like. Roll the tortilla tightly to form your wrap.
Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and fillings. Once all wraps are made, enjoy them fresh!
