Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water over high heat.
Add 200 grams of pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.
While the pasta cooks, peel and finely chop 3 cloves of garlic.
In a large skillet, melt 50 grams of butter over medium heat.
Once the butter is melted and sizzling, add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant, but be careful not to burn the garlic.
Once the pasta is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.
