Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 250 grams of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 10 to 12 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 pieces of bratwurst and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through. Remove bratwurst from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
In the same skillet, add 100 grams of butter. Once melted, add 1 chopped onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until it becomes translucent. Then, add 2 minced cloves of garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
