Kotopoulo me Muesli is a delightful twist on a classic dish that combines nutritious muesli with tender chicken for a healthy, satisfying meal.
Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice from half the lemon, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well in the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and juices run clear.
