Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

While the mushrooms are cooking, drain and press the tofu to remove excess water. Cut the tofu into cubes.
In a bowl, combine the milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Whisk until mixed smoothly.
In a baking dish, arrange the tofu cubes evenly on the bottom, followed by the sautéed mushrooms on top.
Pour the milk mixture over the tofu and mushrooms, ensuring they are well coated.
Sprinkle the cheese on top of everything.
Bake the dish in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While it’s baking, chop the green onions for garnishing.
Once baked, take the dish out and garnish with the chopped green onions. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
