These Orange Beef Skewers are a deliciously tangy and smoky twist on a classic favorite!
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix well using your hands or a spoon until all ingredients are combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Meanwhile, chop the green onions into 1 to 2 inch pieces.
Once the mixture has marinated, form it into small skewers, alternating between the beef and pieces of green onion.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
Once done, remove from the grill and allow to rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve the skewers hot, garnished with more diced green onions if desired.
