Dinner doesn't get easier or tastier than this Green Bean Stir-Fry with Ground Beef!
Begin by washing the green beans under cold water. Once washed, trim both ends and cut them into 2.5 cm pieces.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Dice the onion and bell pepper into small pieces.
In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Allow the oil to heat for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the diced onion and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until they become translucent.
Stir in the garlic and sauté for another 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef to the pan. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, for about 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
Once the beef is browned, add in the green beans and bell pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender, yet still crisp.
Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for 1 more minute to let all the flavors meld together.
Remove from heat and serve hot, garnishing with additional sesame oil if desired.
