Begin by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture. Wrap the tofu in a clean kitchen towel, place a heavy object on top, and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
Once the tofu is pressed, cut it into rectangular strips that will fit in the hotdog buns.
In a bowl, mix together the hot sauce, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
