In a large bowl, combine 500 grams of ground beef, 100 grams of bread crumbs, 50 grams of parmesan cheese, 1 egg, crushed garlic (2 cloves), and chopped parsley (20 grams).
Season the mixture with 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 25 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, heat a saucepan over medium heat and add 400 milliliters of tomato sauce. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the meatballs are done, pour the tomato sauce over them and let everything bake together for an additional 5 minutes.
