In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of glutinous rice flour and 1 cup of water kneading it until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, combine 200 grams of ground pork, 100 grams of chopped shrimp, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili paste, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.
Prepare small rounds of the rested dough, making a small disc with your fingers. Place about a tablespoon of the meat mixture in the center of the disc.
Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape, pinching the edges tightly to seal them.
Set up a steamer on the stove and allow the water to boil. Place the dumplings on a plate, then place the plate into the steamer.
Steam the dumplings for about 20 minutes or until they become translucent and the filling is cooked through.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped coriander for garnish and delight in the flavors.
