Egg Salad Sandwich is the ultimate quick comfort food that’s creamy, flavorful, and satisfying.
Start by boiling the eggs. Place 4 eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let them sit for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes, carefully drain the hot water and rinse the eggs in cold water to stop the cooking process. Peel the eggs once they are cool enough to handle.
In a mixing bowl, chop the boiled eggs into small pieces.
Add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and a finely chopped stalk of celery to the bowl.
