Add 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese to the cream sauce, and stir until melted and smooth.
Season the sauce with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, stirring to combine.
Once the tortellini is cooked, drain it and add it to the cream sauce. Toss well to coat the tortellini evenly in the sauce.
Serve immediately, garnishing with extra parmesan cheese if desired.
